Neither. I would hover in the grey area. I would help someone if I felt like it, and if someone needed to be put in their place I would without prejudice. But the main focus of my powers would be to benefit myself. I have no desire to be a villain that craves power and destruction, and I have no interest in being expected to solve everyone else's problems.
