Spotting but never had period?

I was having brown discharge one day last month. It's 27 days later and I have brown discharge again. It only happened for a little bit yesterday and nothing today just like last time? I'm 14 and 103 pounds..?

brown is just old blood, this used to happen to me all the time and now because of my weight i don't even get periods. Definitley talk to your doctor.

do you have Primary amenorrhea? it's a condition where a girl has never gotten a period perhaps you may want to ask you doctor tbh no one on this site can really give you accurate medical advice.
