A little while ago, i've said a secret (something) to one of my cousins, something i shouldn't have told to anyone (It's something i've done in the past, and now i've changed, but he doesn't know that). He spread the words to everyone around me, friends. relatives, family, neighbors etc. This something is really really bad.. Now everyone hates me..
now everyone is trying to avoid me, and and thinking i'm a bad person..
I really hate my life, and it's really affecting me..
What should i do? Come on guys, help me!!! how can you change a ruined reputation?
Can someone help?!!!! my reputation has been ruined..?

Own up, say you were sorry. Then warn people only to tell you stuff if they don't mind you spreading it.

If it's a SECRET you don't tell ANYONE. And if someone's about to tell you a SECRET then you tell them not to tell you because, like them, you'd want to spread it.
