Does highlighter work as conceiler?
Yesterday I got a contouring palette , and I haven't used highlighter before. I'm just wondering if I put it under my eyes , does that work as concealer ?

Try it and see, it'll depend on the coverage you need, skin tone, and finish of the highlighter. If you're trying to cover very dark circles with too sheer a product, it'll barely hide anything. If the tone is wrong for your skin in that area, it'll make you look ghostly and washed out (though may work under foundation) or it may darken the area and make your eyes look receded. If it's too shimmery, that may look rather crazy right under your eyes, but a tiny amount of shimmer may brighten up your eye area. No harm in testing it out, both over and under foundation.
No, it will probably bring it out bags even more
I don't think it would necessarily work as an alternative to concealer but it would probably work to set your concealer.
If it's a powder, it likely won't be pigmented enough to do any actual concealing. Its job is to set liquids, like concealer.
It will, but if it has a lot of pearlescence then you may not want to put much if any under the eye. Good placement for highlighter include in inner corners of eyelids (dot on by the tear duct), down the bridge of the nose, from temples down onto cheekbones (in a C-shape), the cupid's bow (center above top lip), jawline, and collar bones.

ehhh
highlighter is meant to bring light to a place, which is why its usually applied to the brow bones, nose, and cheekbones.
It could? It doesn't hurt to try, but highlighters are usually more reflective than a concealer.
BASICALLY - it might make your face look weird because it's bringing light towards your undereye area.
