Nebula Realms "Beta" is scheduled to release 1st quarter of 2016 due to having to re-adapt quite a bit of already created work for Unity 4.5 to Unity 5.

Nebula Realms is a PS4 game, where you basically create your own avatar and wander around a world, interacting with other people and playing minigames.
Their own description reads:
"A 3D interactive world for PS4, PC and MAC, where players have the freedom to use their 3D custom avatar to socialize, play games, explore and customize 3D spaces."
From the looks of it, its basically just like Home, which was on PS3.
