The child's ID will determine if a travel document is needed.
If the ID contains your child's photo, then no further document is required. Otherwise, the child must have a travel document to enter and leave Hong Kong.

如果小朋友身份證有相片，返大陸只需有相片身份證+回鄉卡；如果身份證冇相片，就要冇相片身份證+回港證+回鄉卡，或冇相片身份證+有效護照+回鄉卡(無須回港證)。
