That is absolutely horrible!!! A poor, innocent creature being sexually abused.
Go to the RSPCA or ASPCA or humane society, depending on where you live, or the police. That is unacceptable behavior, and I'm glad you want to stop this.
I cherish my dogs so much, and i would definitely have no hesitation to report them. It is a crime and is sick and inhumane.
You just need to dial the police to file a complaint and make them come to your home. It will be taken from there.
