I was Banned on Xbox one for No Reason???!!?

I just Signed into my Acound on my xbox one, and message popped up saying i was suspend. My email said i was banned after other people filed complaint on my account. I didn't Play or logged into xbox since About 3-6 weeks ago. I work All day till 10 pm so i don't have time to play every day ! So I am very pissed off i didn't get to play my battlefield hardline since i got back in Feb 17. Is their a way they made mistake or Can i get it removed ?

There is always a reason, whether you honestly don't know what it is or just don't want to tell us.
Either way you need to contact xbox customer support since there is nothing random strangers can tell you about why it happened or really do anything about it PERIOD

You would need to contact xbox customer support, not random strangers on the internet.

You'll have to call support and see how to appeal. They'll have records so if you really weren't online at all when the complaints came in, it should be easy to prove your case.

The phone support people don't have any info that can help. It won't be removed until it's over, and it's very likely not a mistake.

Contact customers support. It may be the suspension started back when you were playing and yij only just got the message, but you shoukd be able to get more information.
