Why do people become Foster parents and pretend to love the kid and then kill them or abuse them?

They are psychopaths?

They get a city income for every child the foster

bad upbringing

They get paid to take the kids in.

Most don't do that.

Government subsidies, probably. They take them in for the monthly stipend and not much else.

the reason i ask my daughter was adopted at age five because i left my children with my mother and was incarceated my mom and niece got into a fight and cps said domestic violence and took my children i was served papers and all well my child said the foster mom put a lock on the fridge and wouldnt let them eat they had to eat at school only and weekends the foster mom would lock out the foster children and say find a place to stay at your friends or whereever i will be back sunday night i feel that it is abuse i called police to report it they investigated and nonthing else my child got older and called us when she was hungry and we would go find her and buy her food to eat and buy her clothes and weekends she would stay home with us when she had no where to go because the foster house was locked up and all just sick and nonthing was done about it my child is now 18 and home but has issues some from the arguing with the foster mom and all ijust want to know why?

Because they are evil.
