Is it okay to put California License plate in the front of my car but I am In Pa ?

So I live In Pennsylvania i have Pa Plate in the Back (like it supposed to be). I have my older Cali Plates , and i want to put it in the front of my car for the Looks. I seen many Cars in Pa with Cali plate for Looks . FOR THE LOOKS

(And no its not stolen)

According to Pennsylvania law, if you are only issued one plate (most vehicles except tractor-trailers), it goes on the back. It doesn't say anything about what you can or cannot put on the front of your vehicle. It only says that you have to put a PA plate on the front if you are issued two plates. I live in Georgia, where we are only issued one plate, and I have seen out of state plates, and even European plates on the fronts of cars before.

If you are in doubt, a call to the PA DOT would clear things up. You can contact them at 1-800-932-4600, or 1-717-412-5300 (from out of state).

You may be seeing them but it is illegal to run with them.

No. You have to display the number plates of where you registered your car. It's illegal to display plates of somewhere else.
