Hot pixel on canon t3i?

There's a really small red pixel on my LCD screen , it doesn't show up in the photos but when I record it shows up. How do I fix this? People say to use the option of manual cleaning but I don't have that option in my canon rebel t3i? Just auto cleaning and clean now, someone teach me how to get rid of this pixel! 😫😫

No, not cleaning. You need to use pixel mapping. See the manual.

A hot pixel on your LCD is a damage on your LCD. It doesn't affect the sensor, so no matter how much you clean it the hot pixel won't go away. The only solution to this is to replace the LCD.

But then it's just one pixel, and it's impractical to replace the LCD of your camera just to get rid of one hot pixel that doesn't even affect the quality of your photos.

Just don't mind the hot pixel.

Cleaning your sensor removes dirt, nor hot pixels.
The only cure is a new camera that may or most likely will not have 1 or 2 hot pixels.
