I know the answer is 1.13 but I want to know how to get there.

PV = nRT
P/T = nR/V

When n, R and V are constant: P/T = constant
OR: P₁/T₁ = P₂/T₂
Rearrangement: P₂/P₁ = T₂/T₁

Thus,
P₂/P₁ = (273 + 150)/(273 + 100)
P₂/P₁ = 423/373
P₂/P₁ = 1.13
