I don't think they care. Still, you should be a good candidate for employment there.

It depends on whether you are already a good candidate and whether the language is commonly spoken where you live. If you live in Texas and speak Spanish, yes, it will probably help your chances. If you live in Pennyslvania and speak Italian, it won't make any difference.

Depends on where you are and what your second language is. Only helps if it's a languge commonly spoken in your area.
