I get this Message on Sami.
The IMG File specified in ghe script is missing or does not Exist:
C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\\models\gta3.img
Please Make sure The IMG File exists in your Game's directory. To avoid corrupting your game, the mod Will NOT be installed.
