He was intelligent enough to triangulate when the Republicans took over congress, which gave us our last government surplus budget. But he perjured himself before a federal grand jury which some people have been sent to prison for.

The main thing I don't like was his caving to the Republicans on DOMA and don't ask don't tell. But I also don't like that he didn't have the moral courage to say, "Yes, I got blowjobs from this woman in the Oval Office. Now, prove it was grounds for impeachment!"
