Do you think I deserve a Another chance?

I'm 16 years old I go to school & work, but I have a friend who's depressed & suicidal over our friendship because nearly a year ago a tiny conflict happened we haven't did anything ever since. Her parents are Very Dictating with her life & she told me that they said that im a bad influence on her but im not I don't cuss or anything like that so nearly a year later we patch things up and reconcile but her parents won't let us hang out at all I apologize a lot for what happened. But they just say "No" My mother doesn't care if we be friends she just thinks the whole thing is stupid and her parents are acting selfish & her parents don't realize what they're doing to their child. But it's been nearly a year
