My parents are driving me insane?

I commute to college and am 19 years old. I have to wait until junior year to attend the main campus of my commuter college. My mom is always pissed off unless she's drunk and my dad is drunk almost everyday when I get home. I try to do the dishes whenever I can and clean up around the living room but it's never good enough. My mom just got back from the beach and I cleaned the whole kitchen except the floor because I had to go to the gym with my brother. She started complaining about the "sticky" floor but didn't acknowledge anything else I did. Meanwhile, my dad and brother didn't do CRAP. all my brother does is leave stuff around the house and make messes. All my dad does is do the dishes and take out the trash and get drunk. Our house isn't even that messy yet she freaks out daily about it. She also has arthritis and body pain but when I offer to do the stuff she's doing so she can rest she says no, no matter what. She seems to always be in a bad mood and it's making me really upset and crazy. My dad just lays drunk on the couch from 4-8. Brother is never home. Any ideas? I'm not financially ready (or ready at all) to live by myself and move out.
