Nexus 6p Anything I should know before buying?

My main problem with iPhone is the battery! But I also just like Android better because you can do more with it in terms of customisation etc.

My Nexus 6p has been turning on apps in my pocket and using a lot of battery but I do check facebook, twitter, and email a lot.
If you are planning to use Project Fi then Huawei Nexus 6p and LG Nexus 5x are the two of the three phones you can use that are still sold new. I think you get a much better price if you buy phone and sim for google at the same time.
Which iPhone do you have my wife's iPhone 6 seems to have good battery life but she rarely uses internet for anything in addition to email on it.
Upside is the one from Google is open to most phone companies. Downside memory not expandable and battery not removable but you have an iPhone so you are used to that.
You might not like learning a different operating system, my wife didn't want to go back to Android even if the other three people in the house rather use android.
