How do i play GTA 5 on my Pc without all the lags ????!!!!?

Upgrade the internals, RAM, graphics, etc

First, does your computer meet the minimum requirements?

I would try lowering the graphics settings to the absolute lowest, and work my way up until I see that it's starting to lag.

Close any programs that you don't need while playing the game.
