I run a charity and have a twitter page. How can I get more impressions/likes etc.. I've tried everything!?

Have you tried liking other people and organizations on twitter? Maybe post articles on your facebook promotion page or blog (if you have one) and then link those articles to Twitter. Articles about how people have helped using your charity - good stories about the good deeds of others. You can also write articles about how we can help.

Use pinterest too?

I'm an artist and it's taken me YEARS to start getting a following on Twitter. It's a process.

You might want to do some g00gle research about how to market or promote a charity.
