Larry bird or lebron?

Larry Bird.

Lebron James... his combination of speed and strength is unmatched. He's also a better defender.

Career stats are pretty close
Lebron - 27.2 ppg, 7.2 rpg, 6.9 apg
Bird - 24.3 ppg, 10.0 rpg, 6.3 apg

They're both skilled players, they're both versatile players. The biggest contrast is Bird's shooting vs Bron's athleticism. Different people will have their preference, but I prefer Bron's athleticism

Larry Bird because he is clutch

Larry Bird, but it's kind of hard to do a valid comparison because he had far better team mates for most of his career.

Bird just because he played smarter. he's Basketball Jesus

Bird is the best small forward of all time, bar none.

Lebron is stronger and more athletic but Bird was a better shooter, passer and leader. I'll take Bird.

Larry Bird because he could play all 5 positions
