How bad do tattoos hurt?

i have five tattoos and there in those positions and none of mine hurt and just be relaxed

It depends on how thick your skin is, and how sensitive you are too pain. To me, getting a tattoo is like getting stabbed with a shot at the doctor's office over and over again, not something that I want to do at all.

usually where there is more bone and skin it hurts i.e. hands, ribs, feet.

usually where there is more meat it hurts less i.e. thigh, love handles etc.

it feels like a cat scratch
