i have the log book can i send it off and put my name on it? as we re splitting up and i paid for it and i have the proof on my bank statement that the money came from my account, but the car is down in his name
is there anything i can do to get it back
my husband has my car as i cant drive and so it was put into his name how can i get the car into my name?

It depends on the state you live in. It may already be 1/2 yours.

That is a question for your attorney as it is a civil matter. Legally the car is his since his name in on the title, but an attorney can divide assets fairly.
