But at the same time reduces the male libido? I like organic foods and wish to remain relatively healthy, yet I do not like the accumulation of pressure that builds up in the testicles, when I eat a nourishing diet. I like to weight train, and eat right which can raise testosterone. However, I'm sick of the side effects of having perverse thoughts about women. Can I stay healthy and active without the burden of having sexual desires? I really just want to put it all behind me now and move on with my life. Good clean Christian women are hard to find.

To reduce libido, you'd need to decrease blood flow. Organic clean diets are typically lean- that's not what you'd want.
