This was recently modified to my computer on 3/25/16. It is not shared. 98e52e4d953f0d1f4c was modified on 3/26/16. Same question. I believe it may be a windows 7 update ISO i downloaded from the internet because my computer would not download and install updates after being restored to factory settings.

It's a randomly created name for a directory to store windows update files.

Microsoft uses "GUIDs" as directory names for some updates, to ensure they do not conflict with any other possible name.

GUIDs, Globally Unique Identifiers, are random numbers so massive that there is effectively zero chance of any two being the same.

(Another standard is "UUID" - Universally Unique Identifier).
