cramping when I m not in my period?

I have been having cramps for a whole month also like an area under the part where you shave, like the flesh, hurts when I move. right now it hurts really bad. A little background, I had sex for the first time about 6 months ago, I was a victim of rape about 4 months ago, and the last sexual encounter I was being fingered about a month or so ago and attempt to sex. I really don t know why it s hurting and there may be a chance but I really don t think so. When I get flashback it hurts sometimes but only for a small amount of time. What does this sound like?
