Changing my Yahoo name and picture doesn't work? (Can't find it?)?

You can't do that anymore. Yahoo stopped that ability some time ago when they removed the Yahoo Profiles and never gave a different way.

Yahoo disabled that feature no one can do it.

The Yahoo Profile was removed around 1/1/2015. They were supposed to move most of the features to Account Info under the Gear icon. They still have not done so. Right now you aren't able to edit your profile picture, nickname, gender, or date of birth from within your account settings.

You can change the "Yahoo Answers" nickname. Click on your avatar/name in the left column; click on edit preferences; and click on "edit" after the nickname. A popup will open allowing you to change the name.

There is still no update as of 4/15/2016. It is beginning to look like they may never update Account Info or Yahoo Answers.

Yahoo stopped letting posters change nickname and avatars or pictures on accounts back in January 2015. No word on when we can change them again from Yahoo staff.

No, you do NOT need to be at a certain level . That is your Yahoo profile, and NO ONE has been able to change either their avatar for more than a year OR change their user name. Even when you add an Alias, it still does NOT change your user name. When i tried to change my user name several weeks ago by adding an alias it became my email address.
Untie the wad your panties are in, stop whining on YA, because it costs you 5 points every time you do that, and move on and live with it.

Yahoo MAY be doing something with the Yahoo profiles. That is probably why so many people have their usernames displaying as "?". EVERYONE"S default username is ?Same advice, Calm down and live with it. There is NOTHING any of us can do about it.

You can't. Avatars and the editing of nicknames, birthdates and other information were disabled more than a year ago. They are making changes to profiles. No one knows when or if they will be enabled again.
