Latino is not a race. There are black latinos, white latinos, etc. Latino just means that you were born in a Latin American country with Latin American culture. Honestly, she looks like a typical Spaniard to me.

Her ethnicity is Latina.

She is both Caucasian (race) and Latina (ethnicity).

I can tell she isn't pure, she looks half Latino at the most. Calling her a full latino seems strange. You have to draw the line somewhere.

It is not a race, it just states that you were born or either come from Latin America.
In ALL latin american countries you can find white people, absolutely.

Latinos and Hispanics can be White. The majority have mixed ancestry but there are many White Spanish speakers throughout Latin America.

In Cuba you're either White or Black, some are mixed. The first waves of Cuban immigrants after Castro took over came from the White, educated, upper-class. Later immigrants came from the poorer Black and mixed classes.

White Cuban Americans tend be proud of their European ancestry and get offended if someone suggests that they're not White.
