What are the most effective ways for muscle recovery for running? I really wanna recover by tomorrow?
I havent healed since friday and i just have a lot of pain in my upper thigh and calves and ankles and everywhere on my legs and foot so anything would help really/ R there any stretches i can do? I heard about epsom salt but idk if thats more effective than a contrast shower. They say more protein so i started eating nuts but is there anything i can do to heal for tomorrow?

You may have pulled muscles which does take time to heal. Have patience.
