If I got a chassis from Scwarts performance and a bodyshell from Dynacorn I could build a custom muscle car from scratch; however, it would take a long time to gather the funds to get all the parts and pay someone to put it all together for me.

If you can get a loan, you can pretty much use it for anything.The hard part is getting one. Personal loans are the toughest to get. You would need top notch credit and a solid job history.
