Ok, so quick story... so some of my friends (including my girlfriend) think that If they hate someone I should hate them too. what is your opinion? Do i take their word or go against it? ( if i go against it, they might get mad at me XD )

Go against them. Be your own person. Make up your own mind.
If they get mad at you, so what? It sounds like they're mad at everyone. But someone has to take a stand.

Be your own person and make your own decisions. If they have factual information of value, there's nothing wrong with considering that in YOUR OWN assessment. But don't get sucked in by hate. Love and respect is much more attractive.
