Do you soak chips in vinegar?

By chips, I mean fries.

I do not soak them. I sprinkle vinegar on them sometimes.

I never "soaked" them...but there was a place called H. Salt's Fish and Chips that had malt vinegar as a condiment. You'd sprinkle it on the Cod, or you could get the "cracklin's" all the left over fried batter bits and you's douse them with malt vinegar. Yum

At home i wouldn't , but if i got them from the chippy here the server usually does it , but i think they have a nack to it which seems perfect....

I really don't get it... I tried it... but it just doesn't nothing for me.

But I love Salt and Vinegar Potato Chips... my most favorite.
