when I was ten I had the idea that I would like to plant an avocado tree

someone told me it would take seven years for the tree to bear fruit so naturally I thought thats too long to wait ... I wont bother

had I planted that tree in my parents yard it would have been bearing fruit for no less than 40 years now

might as well get a start

Why would it be too late? There isn't a single reason.

Nooo! You're too young you can go ahead and learn an instrument. Keep yourself busy and hope you get good at it.

No! I started playing mandolin when I was almost 16. It's never too late.

The longer you wait the longer it'll be before you master it. Start as soon as possible, learn that ****.

It's never too late! Just make sure it's an instrument you really love to play, so you will learn faster and it won't become a chore to practise or anything.

Of course not! :) You have plenty of time to learn and its a great way to try to find your passion and talents at this age (I'm seventeen and I'm learning to play guitar now)
