請問下面這句話的意思是指 "但是創傷往往不過就是進入青春期" 嗎？因為不是很確定 nothing more or less than的用法，所以對這句話的解讀有點沒把握．

Nothing more or less than = 只是 / 其實只是 / 實在只是 / 字義是不多不少=沒多沒少=單單只是

句意：

但常見的(感情)"創傷"只是青春期(的現像)。
