我剛剛已滿18歲打算和朋友出國日本旅行。父母告訴我一旦出境會報警處理，打算扣留我或者叫警方通知機場人員截停我令我不可以出境。我想問： 1 父母有無呢一個權利？2 警方會唔會受理？3 法律上年滿18歲有無獨自出國權？4香港法律 18歲人士需要監護人批准才可出境嗎？5我會唔會俾人扣留?
