Be aware even if you can get one with consent doesn't mean any artist will tattoo you. Artists can decide what age they tattoo people are at (as long as its atleast min age for consent)

In many places parental consent doesn't come into it at all. It's 18 for tattoos and that's the end of it. In other places it's 16 or even 14 with parental consent.
