What would happen if the US took out the North Korean regime?

I think the US should do something to take out Kim and that regime. Target the government, but not kill innocent civilians. We keep letting them threaten our country, and it's only a matter of time before they attack. I think if we had a Republican president, we would've done something. I seriously can see Obama just letting them nuke the US.

It's not "only a matter of time before they attack".
North and South Korea have been having a staring contest for decades.
If the US or someone else took out Kim Jung Un, someone else would pop up in his place - or another country might overrun North Korea first, and then South Korea. President Obama isn't going to nuke North Korea.

There's no doubt that that fat little twerp needs taking out, but it would mean war with China, who is supporting N Korea.

Well, the last time we had a Republican president, we were in the middle of some negotiations with Korea that were working, at least until he cut them off in the middle so he could look manly.
