What are these pups made of?

In theory they are half poorly-bred Havanese and half poorly-bred Bichon Fris, although either parent could be mixed also. Reputable breeders who actually care about the breed don't breed mutts, nor sell to people who intend to breed. The pups likely come from a puppy mill, which all but guarantees a sickly pup.

I assuming the other breed is the Bichon Frise. Please don't buy a puppy from a Backyard Breeder. Good and reputable breeders do not breed mutt puppies, which is what these are.

Bichon Frise, no doubt. I hate those made up names, though!
