You can call it oral sex. Yes you can get an std from giving or receiving oral sex. But your partner would have to have an std in order to give you one.

Guys don't give girl's "head", so I assume your really gay and the "girl" is in fact a guy. Just go for it, no real strategy. Just slide the shaft and move your head up and down. And swallow to please your man.
