As soon as I break a stick off to use as a weapon, I have technology.

Yes provided you know how magic works. In any case it cannot be done with philosophic theories.

That is gossip and not wassup.

Technology is not created, it is discovered and developed.

On the very first day I would be using fire technology to cook food and stave off the cold.

I would not be creating anything. I would be utilizing my personal knowledge of an existing technology. If I were not aware of this technology, I could possibly discover for myself the facts of friction and develop fire-starting technology from there.

There is evidence that the Egyptians had electrical technology that was lost to humanity some how and then rediscovered thousands of years later.

In 1938, Dr. Wilhelm Kong, an Austrian archaeologist rummaging through the basement of the museum, made a find that was to drastically alter all our concepts of "ancient knowledge."

A 6-inch-high pot of bright yellow clay dating back two millennia contained a cylinder of sheet-copper 5 inches by 1.5 inches. The edge of the copper cylinder was soldered with a 60-40 lead-tin alloy comparable to today’s solder.

The bottom of the cylinder was capped with a crimped-in copper disk and sealed with bitumen or asphalt. Another insulating layer of asphalt sealed the top and also held in place an iron rod suspended into the center of the copper cylinder.

The rod showed evidence of having been corroded with an acidic agent. With a background in mechanics, Dr. Konig recognized this configuration was not a chance arrangement - the clay pot was nothing less than an ancient electric battery.

Yes, caveman style. At the very lets you could braid together some vines to make a rope, which is crude technology but still technology. You could bash rocks together for a sharp edge then use it to sharpen some wood for hunting or whatever.

If you had an infinite amount of time and natural resources, yes.

Sure - would take a while - have to start by learning how to make metal, etc.

With enough time.

if by technology you mean medieval europe (1200's)
then yes its possible....
but VERY VERY hard (it would take teams of people with the correct knowledge and skills to do that)
for a single person anything more than stone age tools are unlikely.

things possible for one person to build from scratch
clothing
rope
spears
axes
knives
thread
tiles
stove
smokers
fishing traps
hide tanning
and a basic house.
much more than that and it would require more people and tools...
