How can I prepare to become a pilot?

I am a Form 2 student who had great interest in aviation. My wish is to become a pilot (in maybe CX or KA) in the future. What can I prepare?? I’m now currently studying in a band 1 top school. I have already joined the Hong Kong Air Cadet Crops and will attend the Cathay Pacific I Can Fly Program next year.
I want to ask what more should I do to gain more experiences in aviation??
