I ve been experiencing sharp waves of pain in the lower left side of my back since Sunday, four days ago. More recently, I ve been experiencing nausea and diarrhea. The pain is now constant, instead of in waves as well. Could this be Appendicitis, and if it is not, what do you believe it could be?

I don't think appendix pain is in the back - go see your doctor - could be something like a kidney stone

Appendicitis is usually in the front on the right.
This sounds bowel related and you should see a doctor as it is getting worse.
