Do I have a speech problem or is this normal?
I pronounce "eight", "ate", and "Scott" normally but without the hard "t" sound at the end and I also pronounce "very" as "thery". I'm from Northern California if that makes a difference.

I'm from Northern California and I have never heard anyone pronounce those words that way, so A) we have never met and B) it is not normal. Surely by now you have noticed that no one else pronounces them that way.
"Eight" and "ate" sound exactly the same, but saying "Scodd" instead of "Scott" and "thery" instead of "very," no, that's not normal. Nothing about that's normal.
No. It's normal. BTW eight and ate are pronounced the same (at least where I'm from [Australia])
Besides, if you had a speech problem then I think you might know about it or people would tell you. It's just your accent.
