I was thinking about doing a social policy degree. Could I get good work after doing this? What type of work could i get? I'm sick of applying for jobs and getting nowhere.I've only had 2 whole jobs in my life due to raising my kids. Any suggestions on what I can do? I want to work but nowhere will take me on. I thought maybe doing this degree would be a good idea seeing as I'm already volunteering in that kind of environment,

I could be rude and say ask Citizens Advice, but I wont. I found this:
www.kent.ac.uk/careers/fdrbases/destinations.htm

OCCUPATIONS OF SOCIAL POLICY GRADUATES

Here are the occupational groups in which Social Policy graduates gain their first employment.
◾Clerical & Secretarial
◾Professional Occupations
◾Associate Professional & Technical Occupations
◾Management & Administration
◾Personal Services
◾Sales
◾Others

Is it worth it for these jobs, you will be 30K in debt at the end of your degree.
