You'll know the amount when you go to the impound lot to pick up your car. It will be a minimum of $150. And they charge you storage fees by the day so the longer you wait, the more it costs.

It might depend on local ordnance so if you parked in the electric car only spot they might be able to give you a ticket.

What is the question? Since it is private property, they have a right to restrict or charge for use of there parking space if they choose. If you leave a car there, they can request it towed away if they deem to do so.
