破產期已過4年。受託人要向高院申請賣樓。約值200。而本人只能只能借60萬。若本人以永久離港提取mpf400000便能買回半份業權。受託人會阻止嗎?

The answer is yes.

As a matter of law, you are not eligible to withdraw the MPF on 2 reasons:

1. You no longer own the MPF in question. Your MPF will be used to repay your debt (The Receiver can't withdraw it because of the same constraint you have).

2. You are not leaving Hong Kong. It is a criminal offense to provide a legal declaration which turns out to be false.
