What can I do with a 2 day kitten?

What can I do or whom do I give a 2 day old kitten? I'm not caring a kitten. I tried in the past and they have all died so I want to know if there is a place or shelter that'll take in a baby kitten. The momma ignores it and has no milk. She only had one. I've tried in the past and I know the out come will be this time around so I'm not going to go through it again with stress. Please any help? I don't want it to starve.

Please take it to a no kill animal shelter that will have a foster to feed it and care for it so it can grow up.
You may need to step up and bottle feed it until you can find a foster.
