During hurricanes do hospitals see patients?

like if someone went into a coma for burns but the power was out all over the city what would they do?

they would ship him or her to a different hospital

hospitals pretty much never shut down because if they did, people would die...they have generators to keep things (including, but not limited to, life support equipment) going even when the power is out
