I would take away William just because I don't like that name at all. For the girls, I would eliminate Lauren and Hannah as both are far too common for my taste.

I would honestly eliminate the boy name William and i don't really have a reason why its just that James sound like a more unique and better name then William. For girls I would eliminate Hannah because that name is just not a name I would prefer and I would also take away Ava because it is a little overused even though it is a beautiful name. I love all of those names but those are just my choices.
