I have suspected my boyfriend cheating on me. every since I suspect this I make him wear a condom. if he has caught a sexually transmitted disease will I get it if I give him oral sex with a condom on?

There is always a chance to catch something no matter how safe you are, condom or not.
If he has herpes for instance all you need to do is touch skin with the virus in it sometimes, which can be just about anywhere but most commonly is on the pubic area and genitals.
If you suspect him of cheating my him go get an STD screen. If you have a feeling you are usually right. Trust your gut feeling, it can save your life and save you from getting an STD you might have the rest of your life.

If it doesn't break off, fall off and if you stick to where the condom covers you should be safe.
If it turns out that he's cheating on you then dump him and move on, you deserve better.
